Based on more than 30 years from the subsea industry Nautilus Subsea has developed a new tie-in system which utilises the latest technology within fabrication and subsea metrology. The result is the patent pending
H-Mode™.

The same platform is utilised for all tie-in applications such as:

  • Flexible and umbilical tie-in
  • Pig launchers and receivers
  • Direct tie-in
  • Pressure caps

We use Finite Element Analysis as a key part of the design and product development process to understand the physical behaviour and strength of components and structures.

Simulations

We have broad experience with use of the ANSYS portfolio of products, especially ANSYS Mechanical. In addition we use STAAD.Pro for structural code verification.
